DELIVERY TERMS
The practical terms behind an AtlasMove delivery.
These terms explain the normal AtlasMove booking and delivery process in plain language. The accepted quote and written confirmation form part of the agreement for a particular job. If they contain a specific agreed variation, that written variation applies to that job.
01
Quotes, payment and confirmation
AtlasMove reviews each public request and provides a custom quote. A public booking becomes confirmed only after the customer accepts the quote and AtlasMove verifies the required advance payment. Approved business accounts may have separately agreed terms.
A preferred date is a request until the confirmation states that the job has been accepted. Route and ETA information are estimates affected by access, earlier stops, traffic, weather, vehicle conditions and events outside reasonable control.
02
Customer and receiver responsibilities
The booker must provide accurate item descriptions, piece counts, contact details and full addresses. The item must be lawfully available for collection and safely prepared. The customer should disclose stairs, lifts, parking restrictions, narrow entrances and other relevant access conditions.
A responsible person must be available at collection and delivery unless AtlasMove has agreed another arrangement in writing. The receiver should inspect the visible condition and piece count before signing.
- Do not include prohibited, unsafe or undisclosed hazardous goods
- Protect or package fragile goods as agreed
- Keep access routes reasonably clear and safe
- Do not ask the driver to perform unagreed installation or removal
03
Tracking, changes and failed delivery
Tracking credentials are private and should be shared only with the sender, receiver and authorised support contacts. GPS and ETA are operational aids, not guarantees. Exact unrelated customer stops remain private.
A material change to the address, item, piece count, access or date may require a revised quote or route. If delivery cannot be completed because access, availability or information differs materially from the confirmed details, the access and failed-delivery policy applies.
04
Claims, refunds and applicable rights
Report a problem promptly with the tracking reference and supporting facts. AtlasMove will review the booking, scans, communications and delivery evidence. Refunds or remedies depend on the reason, the confirmed terms and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent to support@atlasmove.co.uk. These terms are intended for the UK service and were last updated on 22 September 2026.

PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Questions before you book.
Does submitting a quote request reserve the date?+
No. The service is reserved only when AtlasMove confirms the job after quote acceptance and any required payment.
Can the price change?+
A price may need revision if the item, piece count, addresses, access or required service differs materially from the information quoted.
Is an ETA guaranteed?+
No. ETA is a live estimate based on the active route and operational conditions.
Do these terms remove consumer rights?+
No. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
