COVERAGE & SERVICE LEVELS
A delivery plan built around the route, the item and the handover.
AtlasMove works from Bradford through regular UK delivery corridors and individually reviewed detours. We do not force furniture-sized jobs into a parcel tariff: the complete postcodes, physical pieces, weight range, access and requested handover all help determine the route and price.
01
Coverage starts with practical routes, not arbitrary zones
Our regular operating corridors currently include Bradford towards London, Glasgow and Edinburgh, and Northampton. Suitable collections and deliveries can be added to an approved route when the timing, access and available resources work together.
A postcode outside a regular corridor can still be requested. AtlasMove reviews the detour and returns a custom offer rather than rejecting the job automatically. A preferred date remains subject to confirmation, and customer ETA begins only when the assigned driver starts the approved route.
- Complete collection and delivery postcodes
- Regular-corridor or custom-detour review
- No exposure of another customer’s stop
- Written confirmation before the job is treated as booked
02
What determines the quote
Distance matters, but it is only one part of a bulky-goods delivery. The team also reviews the number of physical pieces, the heaviest-piece range, stairs and lifts, parking and loading conditions, the requested service level and any special handling.
That is why the public form asks for operational facts rather than presenting a misleading instant price. Public customers pay in advance after accepting the custom quote; approved business accounts may follow separately agreed terms.
- Item type, piece count and useful dimensions
- Heaviest-piece estimate or an honest ‘unsure’
- Doorstep, room-of-choice or custom-handling request
- Stairs, lifts, parking and restricted access
03
Collections, exchanges and unsuccessful access
A return, collection or exchange can be requested as its own consignment so it has a clear route, price, tracking identity and proof. It is not silently added to another delivery unless AtlasMove confirms that arrangement.
The booker must disclose access conditions and make sure a responsible person is available. If the crew cannot complete the handover safely because access or availability differs materially from the confirmed information, the team records the event and agrees the next operational step. Additional work or a repeat visit may require a new price.
Bradford managedRoutes and customer records are controlled from the AtlasMove operation in Bradford.
Confirmed in writingItem, route, access and price details are reviewed before a public booking becomes confirmed.
Private by designOther customers and exact unrelated route stops never appear in the public tracking view.
PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Questions before you book.
Do you use a fixed public zone rate card?+
No. AtlasMove currently provides a custom quote based on the actual route, items, access and service requested. This avoids presenting a simple zone price that may not fit the job.
Can the crew take an item to a room upstairs?+
Room-of-choice delivery can be requested, but it is included only after AtlasMove reviews and confirms safe access, handling and price.
Can I request an exchange or return collection?+
Yes. Give both movements and addresses clearly. AtlasMove can create a separate tracked consignment and quote for the collection or exchange.
Does a preferred date guarantee a departure time?+
No. The date and route are confirmed in writing. Live ETA begins after the assigned driver starts the route and remains an estimate affected by the active journey.
